Is there a delivery charge?
We do charge for delivery but it is dependent on a number of factors such as, quantity of bikes, location of drop off and collection and hire duration. The best thing is to give us a call or email and let us know what you would like to do and we will get back to you with a quote.
Should I book in advance?
It is definitely advisable to book in advance especially in the summer when we experience a very high demand. This will ensure we have all you need when you need it. If you haven't booked in advance don't be put off, we have a large supply of bikes and boards.
Can you drop the Bikes in one location and collect them from somewhere else?
Yes, we regularly work with people to enable them to travel from one part of the county to the other.
If I cycled from one destination to another how would I get back again?
We work with a local transport provider which can accommodate groups, there are local taxis and some bus services.
If I cycle from one place to another how would I carry my luggage?
We work with a reliable local luggage transfer company who we can put you in touch with or we can organise this for you.
I'd like the bikes to be at my holiday accommodation when we arrive, can you organise this?
In most circumstances yes! We work with a number of accommodation providers so we can do just this. If you are staying somewhere we haven't delivered to before simply give us the accommodation providers details and we will do our best to organise this for you. You must sign the rental agreement and send it back to us before we leave the bikes so give us at least a weeks notice to make sure there are no disappointments.
Do I need to give you a deposit?
A 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking if you are booking in advance. This is advisable, especially in the warmer months. We will contact you a week prior to the booking to finalise details and collect the remaining payment. You will be asked for a debit or credit card to complete this payment and those details are kept on our files and then destroyed when we collect the hired equipment. We are happy to send the details back to you for you to destroy them at your request.
Can you accommodate larger groups?
Yes. We work with activity and corporate groups as well as party organisers and individuals.
If you love your bike/paddleboard/kayak we do sell our stock at the end of the season. We will happily take your name and requirements and contact you when the item becomes available.
