Daytrippers and Short Breaks

Do you ever think about escaping to the seaside for the day?  Well now's your chance.  We deliver bikes to Bodmin Parkway Station which has regular links from London.  Just hop on the train and let us know your arrival time.  We will meet you at the station and point you in the direction of an easy 15 mile cycle down to the Camel Trail and the picturesque fishing village of Padstow, home of Rick Stein and the coast beyond. Rock and Daymer bay are a five minute ferry trip away and Hawkers Cove is a short walk from Padstow.  Stay the night or return on the same day, its up to you. Moor to Shore - easy riding, fun day out.

You and your companions are collected from Padstow Bus Park at 11am and transported up into the heart of Bodmin Moor where we meet you with your bikes.  We will adjust seat heights and familiarise you with your cycle.  You will then set off at your own pace to enjoy the wonderful scenery as you follow Route 3 across Bodmin Moor.  Passing through the delightful villages of St Breward and Blisland, both of which have wonderful pubs, you eventually drop down to The Camel Trail for an easy ride all the way down through woodland, following the Camel River, to the thriving market town of Wadebridge with numerous cafes and shops.  The landscape opens out as you travel along the final 5 miles stretch alongside the estuary to Padstow.  With so much diversity, wildlife and beautiful scenery on offer as well as numerous pubs, Tea Rooms, even a Vine Yard, there is plenty to enjoy on this tremendous cycle.
